(Re) Start with me

"Small things become great when done with love".......anonymous

Today is a beautiful day and I am thankful to be alive and as well as can be in a global pandemic. I hope you are fine and living life as best as you can. As I write this I am also watching hundreds of starlings moving across the sky in their spectacular shape-shifting pattern. Did you know this is called a murmuration? Scientists have been studying this behaviour for decades and believe that murmurations offer safety in numbers and that they are able to communicate to share information about their environment. "Experts aren't exactly sure how, but a murmuration forms when one starling copies the behaviour of its seven neighbors, and then those nearby starlings copy each of their seven neighbors, and so on until the entire group moves as one". Why am I telling you this? Well, even though yoga is mostly a solitary practice, I miss our yoga community and the energy we share as a group. Moving together in a safe and secure environment but mostly because I miss YOU. I am happy to inform you that YogaJoy is starting small with an offering of two classes per week.

Do you want to (re) start with me? My good friend and fellow teacher Tami McKnight and myself are starting the following classes this week. No need to register (at this time my website does not provide pre-registration). Please email me if you require more information.
