Although Miss Natalie is a tough act to follow I will do my best and will continue the Wednesday PiYo class at the wonderful studio of Yoga Joy. Class will be a pay per class ($7) drop in style at 6:45. If you would like you can reserve a spot in advance through the Yoga Joy website. You do not have to pay at that time.
