Hooray! School is out and summer is officially here in Crystal Beach! We are ready to start our beach yoga on Saturday, July 5th. Meet us on Bay Beach @ 6:30 a.m. for Sunrise Yoga. Just bring a blanket (towels and yoga mats are not practical). This is a donation based class with a portion of proceeds to go to the Fort Erie S.P.C.A.
