I am excited to announce that Natalie Senese will be joining the staff at Yoga Joy! Starting on Wednesday, October 2nd 6:45 – 7:45 p.m.
She will be leading a PiYo Strength class. This is a unique fitness class influenced by Yoga and Pilates inspired moves that fit perfectly together to form a class filled with choreographed movements to music. The class is fun and challenging and will help improve your strength, balance, flexibility, cardio, core and power.
ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME. This class is drop-in and the cost is $5.00
