Yoga for Anxiety

Hello friends,

I hope this finds everyone well as we all begin our journey into the new season of spring. The grass is greener, the flowers are blooming and birds are singing. This is a wonderful time of renewal and discovery however change can also be a source of anxiety and stress for many people. The staff at Yoga Joy are offering a new course beginning in June. “Yoga for Stress Relief”. Join Elly Riemland as she leads us through a gentle asana class using yogic tools to settle nerves, awaken energy, quiet the mind and rediscover the joy within us.
